I competed at the Division I level in football, obtained a master's degree in Sports & Performance Psychology, and have extensive experience along with multiple certifications in human health and performance. I am committed to offering you my top-level expertise and guidance to support you in your ongoing pursuits.

Psychology Consulting


 

Sports psychology consulting focuses on helping athletes, coaches, and teams optimize performance and well-being by applying psychological principles and techniques. I work with clients to improve a plethora of skills such as mental toughness, focus, motivation, and emotional regulation, helping them overcome performance anxiety, build confidence, and recover from injuries. I also assist in developing strategies for team cohesion, leadership, and communication. The ultimate goal is to help athletes perform at their greatest potential while maintaining a healthy mindset within sport and life.
